Our Class Schedule

We offer 10 classes throughout the week to fit your schedule. Our class times are as follows:

Monday & Wednesday - 10:00-11:00 (FULL) & 11:15-12:15

Tuesday & Thursday - 6:30-7:30pm

Friday - 10:30-11:30 (FULL) & 11:45-12:45
